Good food good service (most of the time)

I have searched far and wide and was finally able to find Roast Duck. It was delicious!

Great food great service. I really enjoyed the beef udon, the wonton soup and the curry chicken.

Amazing food. Best Chinese food in the region. Possibly the country. I'm from the Seattle area and Raidas is the best I have ever come across. But I do remember a restaurant in my home town. Soo Hoy. They are closed now but I still remember their Prawns. I do miss them. However Raidas food is so amazing and prices are very reasonable. Good portions. You won't leave their hungry. In most cases you will have enough leftovers for another meal.

Food is good. Need new waiters though. Chef is really personally and nice.

First time here and we will definitely be coming back! The food is fresh and hot which is excellent! I had the shrimp udon and my husband had one of the local favorites. There was so much food we have lunch for tomorrow. I don't know how some reviews are calling this place expensive, were from Maryland and this is relatively cheap compared to home.

One of the best Asian restaurants I've been to ever! I have been eating here since it opened, and reccomend the Singapore Pancit, Chicken Formosa, and Sweet and Sour Pork Cantonese.

We have eaten here seveal times and the food/service has been great every time. Loved this place.

Excellent food and friendly staff

Can’t speak for the food since I’ve been three times and every time they’ve been closed.... even during store hours there will be a note on the door saying they’re closed for whatever reason. Waste of time make sure they’re actually open before going

I have been going to Raidas for a long time now. I highly recommend Raidas to everyone. The best food around. The owners are wonderful and the wait staff is very attentive.

The most amazing and homey Chinese restaurant! I have been eating the Luk's food all my life between Raidas and Dynasty (their old place) and I never get tired of it! I live in Massachusetts now, but whenever I am in town to visit family I come here. All of the dishes are superb, there is not one disappointing option on the menu.

When I have a craving for Chinese food, I go to Raidas. They never disappointing portions or taste.

Best Asian food ever! They have a specialty "Chicken Formosa" off the charts yummy. The restaurant is very nice inside with excellent service.

The food is always amazing!!! The best Chinese food in the county!!! I love this place. The only issue. I called in my order 20 min before I arrived. I still waited another 30 min for my food. This was the first time that has ever happened. So no worries!! Still love this place.

They're great when they're open.

I haven’t tried this place yet but I was curious because everyone I know says they have good food. So I call today with 2 quick questions and the female who answered the phone was very rude! She answers the phone like she was at home,she then started talking to someone else in her native tongue, like I wasn’t even on the phone. After a minute of listening and trying to get her attention she then asked me “what do you want” in a rude manner. As if I interrupted her.She answered one of my questions but as I was in the middle of asking my other question,the female quickly interrupted and said “thank you bye” and hung up on me. Now I’m wondering what type of service we will receive dining in????

The food was amazing. The owners and staff are super nice. I drive from Fernandina Beach just to eat here. I love it.

We had a great Family dinner. Our servers name was Jordan he is in training, but he did an awesome job. The food was AWESOME, we couldn't eat anymore we were all so full!!

This place went down hill. It was great when it opened, but now it just serves take out quality food with a sit down facade. The service is terrible only 3 waitresses for 12 tables. Our waitress did not speak berry food English. I ordered spicy curry which was not spicy and the sauce tasted pre made . The vegetables were undercooked. My dad ordered a special with ribs and noodles. The ribs were bland and oily the noodles tasted like take out food.

Very poor customer service with long wait time even after call in our order. We have decided not to patronize this business moving forward which is sad because their food is the best!!!!!!! 😕

From the very first years I moved into the county I was quite fearful of trying new things and coming out of my comfort zone. So when my family started coming here we felt welcomed as part of the community, the food is great and reasonable for different parties, and the staff is really supportive and caring to to all that enter. Thank you Raidas for making so many memories for me and I hope the business stays as great.

Always Perfection! Singapore pancit is my all-time favorite.

The service and food we're excellent. You definitely get alot of food for your money. My wife kids and I had a 55 dollar bill. The portion size makes up for the price.

If I could give this rating a zero I would. The service is horrible. I came at 11am shortly after they opened. I went through the drive thru because I had my son with me. I was asked to pull around if another car pulled up because they would simply be picking up their orders. As cars approached I moved around and back to the end of the line. 30 minutes later the first car that pulled in behind me is still there. I go in to try to just pick up my food because I have already paid and no one came to the counter to help me. I will not ever be back.

Gave it another star, the kids asked me to reconsider. The service was great. The food was standard American version of Chinese fare. They are still using MSG in their ingredients though and for that, I can't give more than 1 additional star.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My son and I came here and received the worse sweet and sour chicken that was undercooked and the most sour chicken fermosa that had obviously spoiled. I called and was told to bring the food back so the boss could see it when I bought the food back the female boss as they say was a very very rude. Although she received their full plate of food back she WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY.. and also made it clear she didn't care whether or not she lost customers. There were guests outside the restaurant who said they had also tried the chicken fermosa and thought something was off about it. Will NEVER be robbed by this place again!!! BEWARE

The atmosphere was a okay the food was a okay and the service was great! The food could be better if they wouldn't put as much onions in their dishes and add other vegetables as well.

The shrimp egg foo yung was the best I have had in years. The service was good. The bathroom was a little grungy.

Went here for lunch...ambience was MEH.Looks like a good cheap lunch but we just were not feeling the place so we got green tea and ordered a chicken samosa to go.Friend said the samosa was good.

The absolute best food and the owners could not be any nicer. They are like family and we always have such an enjoyable visit. I always look forward to my next meal at Raidas.
